Park House School is a small successful independant school delivering therapeutic teaching and learning for Autistic children. Teaching staff and qualified Psychology, Occupational Therapist and Speech and Language Therapist staff work together with a large team of Keyworkers and support staff to develop a personalised curriculum and therapy experience appropriate to the needs and interests of each child.

 

Timetables and interventions are dynamic and not constrained by the requirement of the National Curriculum. Young people are encouraged to achieve as highly as they are able to without the pressure for external examinations and assessments. Those children who are able go on to take a level of formal qualifications are enabled to do so with support from the team around them. The attainment levels within the school range from Pre-Key Stage standards to GCSE and on occasion A level

Specialist Occupational Therapist – Join Our Growing Team!

We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to join Park House School as we expand to a third site.

Specialist Speech and Language Therapist – Join and innovate in Our Expanding Team!

We have an exceptional opportunity for an passionate and dynamic Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) to join Park House School as we expand to a third site, increasing our specialist provision for autistic children and young people.

This is a rare chance to take on a role in our ‘excellent’ a multi-disciplinary setting where therapy is embedded within education, ensuring every pupil receives holistic, evidence-based support. You will have the opportunity to shape and lead communication interventions, develop innovative strategies, and collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and support staff to create an environment where pupils thrive.

As an experienced SaLT, you will bring clinical expertise in speech, language, and social communication needs, along with a deep understanding of autism-specific interventions. You will play a key role in mentoring junior therapists and staff, contributing to school development, and ensuring the highest standards of therapeutic practice across the school.

Keyworker – Join Our Growing Team and Make a Difference!

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Keyworker to join Park House School as we expand to a third site, extending our specialist provision for autistic children and young people.

As a Keyworker, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning, well-being, and development, ensuring they feel safe, engaged, and empowered. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families, you will help implement individualised learning and behaviour plans, promote communication strategies, and provide consistent, structured support to enable pupils to thrive in education and beyond.

This role is perfect for an experienced support professional or a motivated individual looking to develop their skills in a highly specialist, multi-disciplinary setting. You will gain hands-on experience in autism support, behaviour management, and therapeutic approaches, all within a nurturing and collaborative school environment.
